Autumn Vibes
Autumn Vibes
Here at Magnolia, we love the Autumn season for many reasons mainly because it offers a variety of fresh, unique seasonal flowers that we can use to showcase our creative charm. We regularly add new products to our website, and all of them are appropriate for the current season. Our new Autumn collection, which includes a variety of bouquets and arrangements to recreate gorgeous autumn days and falling leaves, is now available. Here are two that we think will give any home a real autumnal feel.
Our Jora arrangement is a domed style posy, in floral foam, based on our favourites and the season's current flowers.
Fight off the chill of Autumn with Orla, a one-of-a-kind bouquet, created by our artisan florist using the freshest flowers available on the day, whilst your flowers may look different to the one pictured but they’ll still be just as lovely.
More reasons to love autumn are layering up with chunky sweaters, craving more comfort foods like soups and slow roasts and not forgetting the pumpkin spice lattes are back at Starbucks www.starbucks.co.uk/menu/drinks/espresso-drinks but most of all here in Northamptonshire, we are spoiled with picturesque small towns and villages with the surrounding countryside that change from lush greens to stunning mixes of red and gold hues. As autumn is undoubtedly a gorgeous season there is nothing better than a crisp autumn day to explore the beautiful attractions and scenery that's out there. Here are a couple of things that will be on our tick list this autumn
Going on a nature hike at Wicken Fen, Cambridgeshire
Ideal for a bike ride or stroll, Wicken Fen's mosaic landscape of reed beds, grassland, and open water means that the diversity of autumn colour at this reserve is intriguing. The sedge turns russet in September, then golden in the evenings as the setting sun shines through the leaves.
Pumpkin picking
With Halloween approaching, check out your local area for a farm that has a pumpkin patch, where you can pick your own ready for carving, decorating or even cooking. A local farm to us is Overstone Grange Farm where you can find their pumpkin patch and opening times on this link
