We have some exciting news to share with you – the launch of our NEW Customer Reward Scheme! Magnolia the Florist have teamed up with Tyl Rewards by NatWest to offer our loyal customers a fabulous Reward Scheme. Tyl Rewards is a great new scheme, encouraging customers like you to shop local and support small UK businesses. And as an independent flower shop in Kettering, we love being able to offer our customers a little thank you for shopping with us!

Magnolia Reward scheme
For every £1 spent in our Magnolia the Florist Kettering shop or over the phone, you will receive 10 points. Once you have collected enough points, you can claim your offer voucher on the TYL Reward app and redeem in store.
The reward offers Magnolia the Florist have running will vary throughout the year, but for example it may be free box of chocolates with your flowers when you reach 600 points, or free bouquet to the value of £20 when you have 2000 points.
How to get started
All you need to do to get started is follow these 3 easy steps:
- Download the free Tyl Rewards app using your iPhone, android or mobile device.
- Sign up on the app and link your payment card
- Start shopping locally to earn your reward point!
How do I earn points?
Once you have signed up to the free Tyl Rewards app, you start earning points when you pay using your registered card/cards at participating retailers - you receive 10 points for every £1 spent in store or over the phone.
Which businesses are taking part?
You can discover the local businesses signed up to the Tyl scheme in the app – click on the little map icon at the bottom of the home page to show an interactive map.
How can I see how many points I've earned?
You can track the points you've earned in the 'Activity' part of your Tyl Rewards mobile app. You can also see here how many points you've already used.
How do I know when I have enough points for a reward?
When you have earned enough points for a reward, Tyl Rewards will send you an email to let you know and you’ll also see a notification on the app. You can also check the App at any time to see how many points you've earned and rewards on offer.
How do I claim a reward?
When you've earned enough points for a reward, Tyl will send you an email to let you know. You can redeem your reward at any time while the reward is still active. Just activate the reward and you'll be presented with a voucher to show at the till.
Important: You'll only have 15 minutes from activating the reward to redeem it though, so make sure you only activate when you're in store ready to use it.
Do I have to take a reward when I've got enough points?
You can use your points whenever you like against a reward, while that reward is still available. If you want to save your points to hold on for something bigger then that's totally fine to do.
Can I spend points with any business?
All the points you earn with a specific business can only be redeemed against rewards with that same business. But, the more you spend in different places, the more choice of rewards you'll have -win win!
